Bike Pedaling Bar Policy Full Group Bookings - Grab your squad and book the whole pedal bar for an epic ride that's just for you and your friends. - Let's get the party rolling! Fill up the seats and bring the fun—there's room for up to 16 pedalers ready for adventure. Age Requirements - All participants must be at least 21 years of age to engage in the bike pedaling bar experience unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors Accompanied by a Parent - Participants under the age of 21 may join the bike pedaling bar experience if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Alcohol Consumption - Alcoholic beverages may be consumed by of-age participants while pedaling on the bike. - All participants choosing to drink must do so responsibly. The bike pedaling bar staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be intoxicated or posing a risk to themselves, others, or the operation of the bike. BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) - Participants are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages, subject to local and state laws. - Glass containers are strictly prohibited for safety reasons. All beverages must be in non-breakable containers. Safety First - The bike pedaling bar operates a strict safety policy. Safety briefings will be given before departure, and all participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines provided. - Any behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of the experience for others will result in removal from the tour without refund. Compliance with Laws - Participants must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. - Public intoxication laws apply. The bike pedaling bar staff will enforce a responsible drinking environment.
